Recycle your plastics into 3D printer filaments

We will pick up all your unwanted plastics and we will turn them into 3D printer filament and send them back to you for free! We are starting in Phoenix, Arizona.

We pick the plastic up.

We pick up all your un-used or un-recycled items to us that would not be recycled properly or at all. That plastic is picked up by us to be recycled for you.

We repurpose it.

We take your plastic and wash it and shred it up into tiny pieces used to put in the extruder to get melted and pushed out to the perfect diameter for most 3D printers.

We return it.

We take the full spool that is recycled from your plastic that can be returned to you to use in your 3D printers at home or at work. We will send it to your hose or work for you to have and use.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

 

How much plastic is needed to make one spool?

Since we mix your recycled plastics with virgin plastics the amount of plastic needed for you to send is generally not too much. All you need to ship is around 3 water bottles or 1 small container of plastic.

 

The plastic can be transformed and back to you in 2-3 weeks

How long will it take to get the spool back?

 

What types of plastics can you recycle?

Only certain plastics can be used to recycle without realizing toxic gasses so we will only take the following;

-ABS ( mostly found in plastic toys) - type 7

-PLA (most common plastic for 3D printing)- type 7

-ASA (spare paint caps) - type 7

-PP (bottle caps) - type 5

To distinguish the types of the the plastics all you have to do is locate the recycling information. This is usually found under the object and has a recycling logo with a number in it. That number will usually inform you about its plastic group and what plastic it is.

 

What will the color of the spool be?

The spool will be mix of all of the plastics sent in by you, any colors of plastics will be incorporated into the final spool. It will be mixed with white and have a mixed color.

 

We are starting in the Phoenix area, so if you live in that area, I will pick up your plastics for free and bring your spool back when it is ready.
